If King Fahd Road is the established spine of Riyadh's skyline, King Salman Road is the new front line. Along this corridor in the north of the capital a cluster of office towers is now rising, most of them started within the last few years, anchored by The Avenues Riyadh at the intersection of the two roads.
Two things set this wave apart: it is predominantly office space rather than residential or hospitality, and it adopts the Salmani architectural style almost uniformly — local stone, stepped massing and low-reflectivity glass.
A third thing sets it apart editorially: most of these towers have no Arabic reference page anywhere. No press coverage, no published specifications, and in several cases not even an announced height. So these pages follow a clear rule — publish what has been announced, state plainly what has not, and never put an estimate in the facts column.

The Avenues Riyadh: the anchor of the corridor
The Avenues Riyadh sits at the intersection of King Salman Road and King Fahd Road in Al Qirawan, with an announced cost of SAR 17.2 billion and five towers between 160 and 180 metres. It is the single largest element on the corridor and is expected to reshape movement across the whole area once operating.

The office wave: Nawat, The S Tower, Sameem Najd and BK
Nawat Tower in Al Yasmin is a 26-floor office project with about 130 units across roughly 16,000 sq m of office space and around 500 parking spaces, developed by Nawat Real Estate Investment. The S Tower — also in Al Yasmin — occupies a site of more than 18,000 sq m and rises 21 office and commercial floors with over 400 parking spaces, developed by Heyazah Real Estate Development.
Sameem Najd Tower is the only one in this group with an announced height: 58 metres across 12 floors, four of them below grade, at the intersection of King Salman Road and Olaya General Road. BK Tower in An Narjis is the most opaque case: no published press coverage, no announced developer, no height and no floor count.

Why these towers look alike: the Salmani style
The Salmani architectural style is the language Riyadh has adopted as the reference for its modern urban identity, drawing its vocabulary from traditional Najdi architecture: stone-led massing, limited and oriented openings, stepped forms and reduced reflectivity in glazed facades.
On King Salman Road the tendency is especially visible because most buildings on the corridor are new — built after that reference was adopted — so their visual language converges to the point where the corridor reads as one project rather than a set of separate ones.
The most prominent expression of the style at city scale is Tuwaiq Heritage Tower on King Fahd Road, the tallest tower in the world inspired by it.
