History
The Avenues T3 is the residential tower at The Avenues Riyadh and the tallest of the project's five towers, rising 180 metres across 38 floors.
It holds 242 luxury apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms and shares a podium with the Waldorf Astoria tower, giving residents direct access to the hotel's amenities and the mall.
It is one of the clearest examples of living-above-retail in north Riyadh. No delivery date has been announced, and tower works remain at an earlier stage than the mall.
