History
Nawat Tower is an office project under construction on King Salman Road in the Al Yasmin district of north Riyadh, developed by Nawat Real Estate Investment.
The tower has 26 floors and roughly 130 office units across about 16,000 sq m of office space, with around 500 parking spaces. Riyadh project-tracking accounts reported the structural frame reaching the eighth floor during recent site rounds, placing the project mid-way through its climb.
No height in metres and no delivery date have been announced, which is why this page shows no height figure. The design follows the Salmani architectural language that now dominates towers along this corridor.
