برج صميم نجد
Sameem Najd Tower is an office and retail project at the intersection of King Salman Road and Olaya General Road in the Al Yasmin district of north Riyadh, close to The Avenues Riyadh.
It stands 58 metres tall across 12 floors, four of which are below grade. It is one of the clearest examples of the Salmani architectural style applied to a mid-rise office building: a stone-led identity, a stepped pyramidal massing and large glazed openings.
Structural works have been completed. Early reports pointed to a 2025 delivery, but the building has not formally opened and no revised opening date has been announced.
