Burj Rafal is a 308-metre residential and hotel tower of roughly 70 floors in the Al Sahafa district on King Fahd Road, and the tallest residential tower in the Kingdom.
It opened in January 2014 on a site of about 20,000 sq m. The lower floors hold a 349-room five-star hotel, while the upper floors contain 474 upscale apartments including duplexes and penthouses, with retail inside a six-storey podium.
The hospitality component originally opened as Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski. Marriott International later took over management and the property reopened in November 2022 as the JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh — the brand's debut in Saudi Arabia.
