Al Nakhlah Tower — formerly MIG Tower — is an office building in the Al Sahafa district of north Riyadh, close to the King Abdullah Financial District. Designed by Mohamed Harasani Architects, it comprises three basements, a ground floor and 27 storeys plus two garden floors and three technical floors, across roughly 39,000 sq m.
It is crowned by a large private penthouse, which sets it apart from the neighbouring office towers on King Fahd Road. Neither the designer nor the tall-building databases publish a height in metres, so this page shows no height figure.
What makes it editorially interesting is its tenants: the building directory lists headquarters for major companies and public bodies including PepsiCo and the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (ADAA) — making it a good window onto the question of who actually works inside Riyadh's towers.
